Juggling is a Snap!

Juggling is a Snap! As told by participants:

I did the whole session in one setting. It took me about a little over an hour to master.

I thought the whole idea was really creative and useful.

I only logged on once. No time between sessions. It took me about 40 minutes to complete.

The visuals were helpful especially being slowed down and also with the slow progression from 1 ball to 3.

The encouragement after every success was very driving.

…it helps to slow the mind down.

I think the visuals, watching you do it, were very helpful to me. I also think the fact that you broke the task down into small and manageable parts worked very well -- I could achieve some successes that kept me going.

Yes it's good to keep time when juggling. It was useful.

Yes the relaxation exercises were excellent. When the task was becoming frustrating, I relaxed and re-focused. This allowed me to continue the task and master the art of juggling.

The patterns of snap catch snap catch helped.

Most helpful were the motion diagrams of the balls and the "snaps" to visualize what i was to copy

The mental picture definitely helped.

The metronome idea was helpful to me because I used to play piano and use a metronome with that, so I already had an idea of how it helps.

I didn't quite get that at first - the visuals were best for me.

I logged on maybe 5-7 times? this was over the course of about eight weeks.

…a powerful tool

Yes, they (videos) helped me clear my head and concentrate better.

The pictures and graphics were helpful.

My favorite suggestion (albeit not terribly practical):

Offer free beer to help motivate the troops.
